My Ex is tripping

I broke up with my ex before New Years, after I did that he completely destroyed my kitchen. Tore the doors off my cabinets, ripped the drawers out broke my pictures, mirrors ect. Prior to us breaking up, he had started destroying things when he got mad so I had a hole in my wall, tv stand broke, back window broke, my bedroom door broke Frame coming out of the wall… a hot mess !

So now he’s back with his mama which is a hour away from his job, he calls me yesterday to tell me the drive is just too much for him lol, it’s costing him gas and he pays a toll and now he’s a hour away vs when he lived in my home it was only 20 mins. He said he really loved that job and didn’t want to have to find a new one. He said if I cared about all of those things and him I would let him come back to the house.

I had to politely remind him of what it’s going to cost to get my home fix, the home that I purchased and worked hard for.

P.s im still communicating with him because we have a 4 month old and I told him if he went to therapy I would be open to working on our family after he did that. I know I know I’m being silly ! I just really want my functional family again, the way things were before he started acting crazy.
