Can contraction be in your back and only one side of your abdomen I’m 37 weeks and having some pain but not sure if it’s contractions?

Yes all of my kids my contractions where in my back it’s the worst kind of labor you can have i was told by a dr

Yes however if those are contractions it doesn’t sound like baby is in the best position.
Remember, the most important part of contractions is consistency. Once the pain is time-able and consistent then congrats- get the contraction timer out (there’s one on the app) and start timing
