Would you look down on me as a business owner if I looked for another job

I can't do it anymore. The joy has been sucked out of what I do. I have SUCH an unsupportive business partner and team that SHE is supposed to be managing. I have been having issues with her for a long time and YES I have spoken to her but nothing changes! She thinks she does a fantastic job!

Some of the issues:

**Recently we decided we need new laptops. Ours are old and falling apart. We are in the IT Industry so certain features are non-negotiable (such as having LAN ports on the laptops). She laughed and said she never goes anywhere so she doesn't need this. Whenever there is a technical issue and our techs can't attend, I'VE been attending because I have actually been trying to build my skills. She's happy to sit at home and just delegate everything to techs. I even have created manuals with everything I have learnt and she doesn't use them - she just asks me or the techs.

**I do want too much in the company. I do all accounts, social media, projects, sales AND I pick up where she slacks off. All she is supposed to do is technical support and technician management. Last year I asked her if she can take over the social media because I was too busy in between accounts and projects. She did ONE post in FOUR MONTHS. I just took it back and all she does is like the posts that I have done in Jan so far. Doesn't say a single word to me about sorry, she knows she's supposed to do it, NOTHING.

**Whenever I have an issue with the techs, all she says is "exactly" or "madness" or something in agreement with me, but she doesn't actually talk to the technicians about the issues. One of our techs did such a shoddy installation it cost us the client and there was no reprimanding, nothing.

**She doesn't follow up on her tasks and responsibilities and I always end up having to step in to make sure it gets done. Clients are now phoning ME directly instead of going through the support channels to get things done. We take turns doing after hours support (standby) and she has left a client offline since THURSDAY, and has made this my issue to resolve today under the guise of standby.

**She has no empathy. Yes we are a business, but we deal with PEOPLE. A very loyal client's account ran into arrears due to him going through a very messy divorce and she suspended his services, simply saying that divorce is no excuse. We are a small business - we don't have the client base to just shun clients like that.

**She always wants to talk about oh being a director this and being a director that, BUT she doesn't want to work for it! She goes to gym during working hours now suddenly, client calls come to me because they can't reach her and when I report the issues, she will come back to me in 30 minutes if I'm lucky to say she'll check the issue when she's home. She's quite happy to leave clients offline for hours because she's busy with her own thing. For the sake of the clients I end up putting MY work aside and helping them.

After the issue today, whereby she didn't do anything for this client yesterday and has left me to attend to it today under standby, I have decided that I am not going to do anything other than the duties we set out in writing in the beginning. I will not get involved with support issues. I will not go digging for invoiceable tickets from the techs. If we don't earn enough to get paid because of this, not my problem. My husband earns enough for the both of us, I don't have to get full salaries.

But I know this is going to mean the fall and fail of the company. So I want to start job hunting. Does this make me look bad?
