Unpaid FMLA
Do you qualify for unemployment benefits if you don’t qualify for FMLA since you’re not with that company for 1 year.
They are giving me unpaid FMLA since (I been with them 9 months) so I can come back to work after 8 weeks after my C section.
I’m in PA by the way, I know every state works differently.
