Yeast infection or STD….?

So I had a normal cycle this month, nothing unusual.. but I got pads from Dollar Tree (I usually use Always or Carefree) and a few days later I noticed an uncomfortable itching …down there.. and I thought it was a reaction to the pads because they were Aloe Vera scented, buuuut its like 4 days since I used tjem because my period ended. But the uncomfortable itchiness or whatever it is, is still here…..I’m thinking its either yeast infection or STD….. what do you guys think? I already talked to my nurse, she said if the 7day cream doesnt help, to come in and get checked out but this just doesnt add up to me and I wanted to see what ya’ll thought. Thanks!
