Have you or anyone you know got pregnant after your spouse got a vasectomy?

My husband got a vasectomy in August but never gave his sample to the lab to check if it worked just want to know how common it is to get pregnant after a vasectomy.

My husband jus thot one in November and his results came back good. However, a coworker got his wife pregnant after a vasectomy and never got it checked. Sadly, they lost the baby at 26 weeks due to genetic issues.

I know of someone who did but it wasn't bc of the vasectomy failure.  He had an unfortunate injury and had surgery to repair the area.  Unfortunately they repaired him a little too well.
