Hey everyone. I gave birth a little over a week ago, and the last 24 hours, I have had the WORST headache ever. I would get the occasional headaches in the past but nothing like this. It's bad enough that I feel nauseous about 60% of the time, but haven't thrown up though. Ive been able to fall asleep after laying in pain but then it immediately hurts again as soon as I wake up. Anyone else experience this after giving birth or have any tips to help it? I've tried pain meds and cold packs on my head and nothing subsides it.
