I don’t get him….

Sooo this guy that works in the department next to mine had a huge crush on me a while back, took him forever to ask for my number he was so sweet and shy and long story short the second time we hung out we slept together. This guy was almost obsessed with me, always trying to see me at work and always saying hi and giving me so many compliments, I told him not to rush into anything because I wanted to take it slow and get to know him (before getting into a relationship) anyways long story short, it’s like we are strangers now and idk why. This guy is so nice and so sweet and he was all over me and then after we slept together things changed. When I asked him if he was upset with me he said no and that I should know that he needs time to heal before being in a relationship and that he doesn’t know if he wants one (he needs time to heal from a relationship that ended over 6 months ago from a immature girl who cheated on him too) …. It’s been a week since we texted and he didn’t even respond to my last message. And he doesn’t even look my way to say hi anymore at work. Is there anything left to do ? I mean the guy doesn’t even talk to me as a friend at the very least. I hate to say it but though I’m confident that kind of hurts me. What should I do ?
