Difficult situation

I’ve become friendly with a mum from my child’s nursery, our children get on well and we will message occasionally about their nursery / classes etc. She has just told me that she is pregnant and unfortunately her baby has a very severe syndrome and will not make it 😞 I’ve been waiting until I see her to tell her I’m pregnant. I’m actually quite far along but with one thing or another I just hadn’t told her yet and I haven’t saw her in a while. Next time I see her it would be obvious as I am really showing now, I’m so torn in how to tell her while supporting her through such a difficult time 😔 Any advice welcome. X
