Absolutely anything that you do not say yea too sexually is assault babe. For Some people it’s a huge kink… ro be doing things while someone is sleeping and all of that. But if you have told him no. Then he absolutely must respect that and move away. You clearly feel violated and I think that feeling alone should give you a clear answer as to whether it is assault or not
Is this like a sexual assault or harassment
I was with a guy and he started touching, kissing and licking my feet without my permission in bed and while I was sleeping. I personally feel as if I’ve been assaulted and I get very upset near him. I’ve told him before I don’t like people doing things with my feet sexually so he should know but he did it anyway. He’s been trying to talk to me but I’m having a hard time being near him.
