Am I overreacting?

How would you feel if your husband told you to leave and go die during an argument MANY times. He wants me to take accountability and apologize to him for sending him to jail for a night because he kicked me (leaving a bruise) and shoved me down twice during this argument. He said he's not an abuser and I'm not going to make him out to look like one and that what he did was self defense.
