I am A- RH negative factor... have a ?

I never knew that RH - blood could cause many pregnancy issues. I always knew I was A- with RH - factor, but no doctor said anything about it. I've been TTC for 8 years!!! I am 28 years old! My husband is B+, so our babies would always be RH +... anyways, I had a miscarriage last month. I was 5 ½ weeks pregnant. I know that RH - blood affects the fetus later on in the pregnancy... so I am wondering if it is possible that RH - blood can cause early miscarriages, chemicals, and spontaneous abortions by the 4th or 5th week? I got the RhoGam shot at the hospital on 1/18/23. I heard it lasts for 12 weeks. If I get pregnant again, will the shot help the subsequent pregnancy? Could my RH- be causing my miscarriages, and will the RhoGam prevent another one or any more for the next 12 weeks?

I don't know much about this, so please forgive my ignorance. I don't know where to post this question lol... any help/feedback will be greatly appreciated.
