I’m so worried

So for the past few days I been working 16hr shifts due to my employer being short staffed. Am I not supposed to work this long ? I’m 6w pregnant I work at assisted living so most the time I’m on my feet, my employer doesn’t know if I’m pregnant, I’m waiting for my appointment to confirm everything with my OBGYN with the due date then tell my employer. Am I over working my self? I just don’t want anything to happen to my little baby🥹
