Can implantation bleeding have tiny clots or tissue?

Question

Terrified I'm pregnant and not ready. I'm about 10 dpo and only 3 weeks 3 days from day 1 of my last period. I started spotting very light pink but I saw really tiny chunks in the toilet (like inch worm size lol) and wondering if it's maybe just the start of my period.
I took a test today and it was negative but I'm still freaking out 😩

I don’t think implantation bleeding has blood clots..

Hope everything is going ok lovely , get checked if you are worried but I personally bled for a week and had a few clots. I really thought I miscarried but all was fine in the end 😊 this happened with my first pregnancy and she’s now a healthy 1 year old and  it recently happened again with the second pregnancy but everything is progressing well. Thank god 🙌.
