Recurrent early miscarriage, help!

Hi everyone! ❤️ I’m looking for any advice and experiences from anyone who has been in a similar situation as me. I’m 25, trying for 5 years and have had five early miscarriages, I’ve never made it past 5.5 weeks. I recently starting seeing a fertility specialist, RE/RI. I’ve had a new patient consult already and this Monday (tomorrow), I have a real follow up appointment. I’m wondering what I should ask to be tested for or what I should bring up? I got some bloodwork and tests already and my IgA is borderline and I was told to take low dose aspirin daily but I’ve taken it the past three pregnancies and still miscarried. Ive supplemented with progesterone with each pregnancy and bloodwork always came back good for it. I also have PCOS and Hashimoto’s/hypothyroidism but I’ve been taking levothyroxine for a few years and it seems to be somewhat under control. Other tests I’ve had that have been normal/negative are HSG, ureaplasma/mycoplasma, and lupus anticoagulant. I’m still waiting for the results from my Sonohysterogram. If you’ve suffered early miscarriages, what was your diagnosis and treatment? What tests were done? Thank you in advance!
