Period came 4 days early

So I started taking Alani nu balance since I was taking it when I found out I was pregnant with my first. I’m not sure if it affected my cycle but normally I can pin point my ovulation with OPKs and I normally get cramps on the day that I actually ovulate. This cycle no peak opk and no ovulation cramps??? I was basically shooting in the dark, but apparently I ovulated 4 days earlier than my predicted ovulation and it’s normally spot on. We did BD 2 days before and day after ovulation. This just sucks I’m almost ready to throw the towel in, feel like we are trying everything but fertility treatment but still nothing. Anyone have a similar experience with Alani nu balance?
