Baby measuring behind

So I went in for my dating scan on Thursday. Baby is measuring 2 weeks behind at 6w1d with no heartbeat. I was around 8w4d and the sac was measuring the same at 8w4d. Is there a chance for the baby to survive? Has anyone had this happen before and the baby caught up? I really need a miracle right now 😔 I don’t want to go through another miscarriage, but I feel like it might end that way. The doctor said it’s most likely a missed miscarriage. My OB said if I wanted a follow up ultrasound to let her know to to confirm that it’s a missed miscarriage. I went home that night, and I cried. My fiancé gave me a glass of wine, but something in me just told me not to drink it, and when I looked in the reflection of the cup, it looked like an ultrasound picture. Im hoping it’s a sign that everything is okay, but I don’t know 😔
