Klarna

Does anyone here use Klarna and have been having issues with it?

I currently do not owe anything on my Klarna account (I actually paid off my latest purchase early) and my purchase power has been unavailable for atleast 2 weeks now out of the blue. And I’m also not able to use Klarna as a payment as it declines my purchase when I try to.

I tried chatting with someone on the live chat about it but never get an actual answer as to why this happened or how I can get my purchase power back.

Just wondering if anyone had any similar issues?
