Looks like it. Are you cleaning their mouth with a damp cloth every morning and evening?

Yup looks like it I had battled it with my little one earlier this year it sucks. Def get in to get treatment, you’ll need to do the treatment to and you can keep breastfeeding. 
Make sure you sterilize other things that are used like pacifiers chew toys etc not sure how old your baby is but doing so will help it from getting worse.

Hard to tell.  How are your nipples? Itchy? Painful? If so, it probably is.  Do the white spots wipe off easily? Could just be milk
