Okay super embarrassing I am a HORRIBLE cook lol I’ve been trying to teach myself for years.

So I tried a stuffed shells recipe and the stuffing for shells required a bunch of cheese and a large egg. After I put the stuffing in the shells and added everything else, the recipe said at 350 for 30 mins, but the kids were hungry and it was getting late so I just decided to take it out at only 15 min. Now I’m overthinking it. Are we all about to get super sick? Husband and I were like “yeah definitely needs more time in the oven next time,” and then it just dawned on me - oh shit did the egg cook long enough in the mix ?!?

I feel queazy now but it might just be mental because I’m thinking about it lol. The food wasn’t even that hot when I took it out of the oven and the cheese stuffing portion was just barely warm when we ate it. 🫢😭😭😭😭

Such embarrassing question. Y’all should see the catastrophies that have happened in the kitchen while I attempt cooking lol :( one day I’ll get it!!
