I got call the guy was talking kinda fast so it was hard for me to keep up plus I have learning disability so it’s hard for me to understand

He had my information and said thanks for signing up with them I told him I don’t remember that and he’s like work could of done that for me I haven’t worked at business for 8years and I’m pretty sure job can’t do that without my permission he was telling me if I signed up again I have benefits if I need work down on my car need battery save the receipts and I could get some money back and I would get 50 dollars gift card all I had to do was pay them 1 dollar but they would but the money back so technically it was free it’s weird and I’m confused obviously I told him I don’t have money and that the end of it I’m sure there’s more information but I just can’t remember it

I’m sure it was scammer but is there way I can make sure it was I need to know cus if I don’t it will bug the crap out of me and I can’t let it go
