Who’s to blame

My brother was diagnosed with depression, ADHD, OCD, etc. I got told that one night when he went to the hospital the doctor told him other people have it worse than you and maybe a few more things. He yelled back just give me the pill or shot to kill me already so they ended up releasing him from the hospital. When he was standing outside the hospital by himself at night he called home and told our parents the doctor didn’t think I’m worth keeping alive. My mom said what are you talking about? Our parents came and got him. Later on that night he died. The ambulance came to get his body around 8-10pm. We got the call around 6AM he’s passed away. After that my family was accused of murdering him. People would pass by my home and stare to the point my family was uncomfortable. Nothing been the same since.
