Can PCOS cause lack of energy and fatigue?
I have PCOS and I have been on the low keto diet but I have stopped doing it due to the holidays back in November and December, but anyway, every time I wake up in the mornings it feels like I did not get enough sleep and I feel sleepy throughout the day but it's not like I can't hold my eyes open but I can't hold my eyes open it's just I feel tired and I want to go back to sleep.
I am also on birth controls and I take a multivitamin everyday. I used to get tested for low vitamin d I believe not sure on that and I had to take prescription vitamins so I don't know since last year when that happened how soon it can happen again but I'm just wondering if that could be the cause of me feeling sleepy all the time where you just want to sleep all day.
I am able to clean the house and do whatever it's just I still have that sleepy feel where I just could sleep all day and it could be the weather or it just could be from the PCOS. I just wanted your opinion on this before I do go see a doctor even though you're not a doctor yourself but I just want to know what you thought in this situation what it might be in your opinion.
Other than dieting what other options is there for PCOS that is really good for it?
