He moves often it’s just since last night he has been moving a lot more than usual. It kept me up A LOT last night, which isn’t like him. Into this morning he’s still active before breakfast and after. Along with cramping.

That's normal. You are almost 27 weeks and babies grow day by day, week by week and the space for the baby will start to get smaller as the baby gets bigger, therefore, baby will tend to be more active. When my babies were too active, me or my partner, would rub my belly in circular notion for a while and it would help soothe the baby and me too. But it is normal for baby to active.
