Bleeding after bearing down

I apologize ahead of time because it's a bit TMI. So I just found out I'm pregnant this week and we are so very excited.

My primary care doctor did blood work to confirm my pregnancy (I get the results Monday) but I've had 3 strong positives and I tested at 10 days late.

So I've been pretty constipated all day and struggled to go number 2. Without thinking, I bore down quite hard and when I went to wipe, there was mucus and strings of blood on it. There was also a little blood clot mixed in.

I've been spotting for the past two hours now and I'm terrified because we've waited 5 years to get pregnant and we've finally been blessed.

We suffered a miscarriage five years ago when I was 4 months pregnant and it nearly broke me in half 😔. I'm terrified of going through it again.

Has anyone ever had bleeding from bearing down too hard and been ok? I just need to feel reassured right now. I'm so in love with our little bean already. I don't want to lose our baby 😓

I took another pregnancy test and the test line is darker than the control line so I'm guess that's a good sign but I can't help but worry.
