getting baby to move

how do I get baby to move before I go in for fetal decrease? i’ve been back and forth to the hospital and at this point feeling pretty annoying going in but today i’ve been working and i’ve felt her move today it just isn’t how she normally does. like her movements are really small. had a few bigger ones but for the most part there noticeable but not noticeable how they normally are. every time I go to the hospital she always moves and it makes me feel weird for even going. i’m 35 weeks… I want to try everything first before I go in
