12 DPO with nasal congestion/runny nose

I’m 12 DPO and I have nasal congestion/runny nose for a couple days now. I took a pregnancy test but it was negative. Anyone else experience this? Not sure if it’s just a cold or a sign of pregnancy? I was googling it and it seems as if this can be a sign of pregnancy. Should I take another test in 2 days when I’m 14 DPO? We are actively TTC so I’m praying that it’s a sign that I will be pregnant soon! 🙏🏻 Any advice helps! 😊
