I applied back to an old job I worked at when I was 18 until I was 20. I left to pursue school. I was paid 18-19$ an hour (Patient Registration Clerk in a hospital).

I got my job offer today & my pay is only 19.82 + an additional 2.40. I’ve continued my work career in the administrative field for the last 3 years. (So altogether 5 years in an administrative field) I feel I have more experience now. Especially being 25 going back to old my job with 2 kids & bills lol.

I’m a part time worker for now so, the higher pay scale would be beneficial. What do you guys think? When I asked the salary yesterday he said between 19-22$ an hour. I want the 22 or atleast 21 + the $2.40.

If so, should I write it in an email or letter then email?
