So I was a single mom for many years. My ex husband walked out on me while I was pregnant, after telling me he wanted a child. He cheated and never met his son, never wanted to. No matter how hard I tried (taking her to get her nails done etc), his mom didnt like me because she wanted a puppet DIL she can control. that wasnt me. She never met her grandson either. They just didnt care to.

My now amazing boyfriend’s mom was a single mom herself before. She loves my son like her own. She has a room in her house that is all for him🥺 she comes to ALLL of his baseball games and my son loves her SOOO much.

Today, she came to his game with a sign that had my son’s name on it and “GRANDMA LOVES YOU U GOT THIS!!” And I melteddd😍🥺🥺🥺

My son ran over and hugged her and said “I love you grams!!” And she started bawling and looked at me and said “im the luckiest grandma ever”🥺😭😭 I lost it and bawled.

My son then ran to my bf and said “thank you. For making my mom so happy. Thank u for your family”
