I am 10 weeks postpartum. Went to the doctor for my 1 week appointment with a high fever, smelly cloudy urine, and back pain. I was put on antibiotics in the meantime while waiting for results. Luckily my symptoms are slowly going away. They ruled out some things but I’m concern I might have retained placenta because of these photos.

I did pass a big clot after labor and part of my placenta 3 days postpartum. Could this just be a clot, placenta, or bloody discharge? I do sometimes see small flakes in the toilet too.

Any thoughts?
