Men and husband's that think wayout of portions

My husband thinks I say I love you to much. In the past I messed up and I was unhappy with myself and I needed to talk to someone and that pushed my husband away. So anyways we been getting in fights infront of our two year old. And he always says that I say I love you to much and now I'm afraid that saying that to much he's tired of me already. But I'm just afraid of loosing him. He told me that love should be meaningful. I try to understand my husband but all he cam do lately is put me down infront of his family. I love this man with all my heart and he thinks by using I love you is pushing him away plus we been wanting another child and he thinks my new mom patenting skills such, so why do I want another one if all I do is push him away even further with my love
