What were big signs early on that you now realize were evidence of twins?

There’s no “evidence” of twins besides ultrasound:)

I actually didn’t really have any symptoms besides a missed period and once or twice nausea (currently 27wks) for my twins. You will literally only know in scans.

Two babies at my first ultrasound.
Literally that’s the only way to know. My first trimester symptoms were much more mild with my twins than with my singleton.
