What could this be?

This started showing up on my babies back 3 days ago. I really don’t know what it is or how to get rid of it.

Looks like food allergies, could be from dairy eggs or wheat products most common

That is eczema my 8 month old baby boy has it as well. My sons dr proscribed him a very mild steroid ointment to put on it twice a day ￼for 5 days and clears it up but from time to time when he is hot or warm or after I give him a bath it pops up and it doesn’t seem to bother him but if you need to talk to the pediatrician next time you go in and show this pic ￼to him or her and see what they say.

If you’re breastfeeding try putting breastmilk in the bath water. Any time my baby gets irritated skin it seems to cure it right up 🤷🏻‍♀️

Probably eczema. Eucerin has a good baby eczema lotion. My baby’s was totally gone in 3 days
