I’m currently 34 days pp and I’ve finally gotten the feeling back to want to have sex etc Of course I’m waiting till 6 weeks as I was told, I had a section too so I’m very cautious but I’m wondering if I can pleasure myself. Nothing going inside etc just clit stim, it’s been around 147 days since I last had an orgasm 😅

Wait. You don’t need to be contracting any of those muscles yet. You had major surgery. No one died from not having an orgasm for more than 147 days. 
Check with your doctor if you’re really unsure.

You need to wait until cleared. Those contractions from orgasm can easily cause bleeding and strain on your incisions/sutures.

I was cleared at 4 weeks. But I went to the doctor and was cleared. Also it was a quick vaginal birth to a preemie
