throwing up red

does anybody know or has experienced this. im on day 4 of my cycle , seems like its ending because of brown blood. this morning i woke up with stomach pain but no cramps it was the middle of my stomach & i felt nauseous then threw up chunky red .. im clueless .. anyone experienced this ?
