Why would I switch shampoo and conditioner

Yes! Even skin care 🥲 Retinol has been proven to cause birth defects in developing foetuses so they advised women to steer clear of it on their products. So… I had literally got a whole new range from tatcha until I found out I was pregnant and then gave it all to my husbands Aunty 😅 because a lot had retinol which I wanted to start trying. I’m careful with products I use anyway just because there are so many chemicals in products that don’t need to be going into your pores and Into your blood. For me I am a little more careful when I am pregnant. I wasn’t with my first two at all. And I was a little more with my son but this pregnancy I just decided it was a hat I wanted to do. Also I guess due to hormones my skin was a lot more sensitive to some things any way. Each to their own everyone will do what ever they feel to be right. Do what ever you’re comfortable with babe ❤️

No, only things you need to avoid are anything with retinol.

I was at first. Like I had decided to switch deodorant but now I just use whatever deodorant, shampoo, body wash, etc besides like anything with retinol in it or something.
