Weird period question tmi

So I’m 7 weeks postpartum. Since about 5,6 weeks Ive been spotting about a medium flow ever since I got the depo shot. When I urinate I see red flakes n the toilet. Is this normal? And part of period or is it from my urine?? I am having pain around my c section scar so idk what to think
