Pregnancy and lupus

Has anyone else been through pregnancy while also having lupus? With my daughter, I was not diagnosed nor did I ever have any lupus symptoms at that point. This time around, I’ve been dealing with lupus for about 3 and a half years. I hadn’t had a flare up since august of last year. Now I am 6 weeks pregnant and seem to have triggered an awful flare. I was in the hospital Saturday and had to start a round of steroids. I’m seeing my rheumatologist today to discuss a game plan. I was really excited to be pregnant and now I’m scared that lupus is going to make me miserable! Does anyone else have experience with this?
