36 Week Cervical Exam

Hello! I had my cervical exam today around 11am and am 36+3. No bleeding or anything until around 4:30pm. It was red blood and a bit of it but only when wiping. I put a pad on and it didn’t fill it up but did have more red blood in it. Now while wiping (it’s 6pm now) it’s more pink spotting while wiping. Thoughts? I kinda assume my doctor just irritated my cervix today and don’t want to cry wolf if I don’t have to. I was 2cm dilated and 90% effaced if that makes any difference. My stomach has been pretty tight since the bleeding but nothing that I deem to be contraction-like. Then again, with my first, I didn’t feel contractions until later on.
