Has anyone tried a modified natural FET cycle along with Lovenox?

I have protein S deficiency so I’ll be taking baby aspirin and Lovenox, but my doctor suggested we do a modified natural cycle for our next transfer (currently going through our second chemical). I’m anxious to change things up because it’s our last embryo and we do have one son from a traditional estrogen/progesterone supplemented FET. Just wondering if anyone has any experience they could share.
