Received email from my financial coordinator that I have the pay for FET out of pocket. I don’t know how they came up with that as I do have fertility coverage. I called my insurance and they did confirm my FET coverage. We even tried to do a 3 way call with my coordinator to have everything straighten out but of course he wasn’t available. Like he never is available for the past 3 years I’m at my clinic. I don’t even know if he is a real person at this point. Also, how annoying is when they send you those financial emails on Friday afternoon and then don’t pick up phone. You had the entire week to contact me but choose to do so on Friday afternoon! And why do I have to do your job and spend 2 hrs with insurance ppl. Also those emails are so demanding “you need to make the payment 2 weeks prior to starting treatment”. Well, you send this email a week before my treatment so why are you talking about! This also makes me worried that my transfer will be pushed a month…
