Personally myself I do have the reoccurring dreams which sucks, they get worse every time too. I’m just tired of feeling alone.

Dont call domestic violemce and accident. It was not an accident. Someone intentionally tried to hurt you, that is not an accident. The sooner you realise that, the sooner you will process you let a dick head into your life and ruin a small part of it. So do not ever call it an accident.

Yes, I actually thought i had moved past it. I was sexually abused at 4 and raped at 14. I have night terrors in which im “hurt” running, escaping. Ive also killed my rapist. ive dreamt i was getting abused and i said nothing. 
Im 32 now. Through therapy i was taught how to address these nightmares. when i wake up i end the dream my way. Yes i make up the ending and if i fall back asleep i tend to finally escape that nightmare
