Dream of positive test

So the other day I had a dream that I took a test and it came back positive. Me being so excited I hopped out of bed getting ready to get an actual test and unexpectedly I started bleeding. AN ENTIRE WEEK EARLIER THAN NORMAL.. Now it being the date that it was supposed to come now I feel super nauseous. I feel like it’s almost stupid to take a test but then I have that what if thought and feeling.

Has this happened to anyone and you actually tested positive?
