I did the group b testing and when I went on my chart to get my results it came back we inconclusive not received? What does this mean because I did it and everything

GBS testing is extremely unreliable. We can switch back and forth between positive and negative status constantly so if it came up positive now, it could be negative at time of birth and if it came up negative it could be positive at time of birth. 
Best bet is to eat fermented foods and take loads of probiotics as well as eat lots of garlic!! I’ve never done the testing because it seems utterly pointless and I’m also deathly allergic to antibiotics so there ain’t much point. None of my babies have gotten sick.
