Swollen Clitoris!!!

Attention all medical professionals and enthusiasts!!!

Recently I want to a spa in Costa Maya and was submerged in water that wasn’t all that clean. Now my clitoris is swollen only on one side. It’s very painful and has an offense smell. I went to the medical office on board and they took urine. I do NOT have a UTI. The male doctor gave me an evaluation and ruled it as an infection of the vagina. He gave me amoxicillin and ibuprofen. I have been taking the medication for about two days now and I’ve yet to see any improvement. My female intuition is telling me something might be more wrong than I think. I’m not sexually aroused like google says nor did I scratch it. Has anyone else had this problem?

(I suffer from Lupus, an autoimmune disease, so my body tends to overreact with minor illnesses).
