Scheduled C-Section/Breastfeeding

Hi all, looking for some tips from those who have had multiple c-sections and breastfed. With my first I had a scheduled section and my milk didn’t come in until 10 day. It was excruciating. I was trying to breastfeed to get things going, then topped up with formula and then pumped. Eventually I was able to exclusively breastfeed but my supply was never great.

Has anyone had a similar issue? And is there a way I can attempt to get things going in the days leading up to my section or try to get things moving quicker after babe is born? One reason for the delay that was explained to me was that my body didn’t go into labour so the milk production didn’t start like if I had gone into labour naturally.
