All my tests for infections have come back negative but I had this when I wiped after I’ve had some cramping today. I also have a short cervix (~1cm) and I’m 24w with history of preterm. I just feel bad going to L&D for nothing constantly. They gave me a list of pretty strict rules to come back if I had spotting. They said pink, red, brown whatever but this just seem like tinged?

I’ve been on strict pelvic rest for 2 weeks, and taking it decently easy not lifting my older kids so I can’t think of what could have caused it other than maybe more cervical shortening?
