Any one have any experience with a breech baby ?

Today I found out my baby is breech. And was told that either I can see if they can turn the baby OR have a C section. Can anyone please share their experience with both?
UPDATE: Baby has turned her self back to the head down position and I am to be induced THIS week!

I found out my son was breech the day before his due date. They flipped him and I was lucky enough that it worked on the first try. They put me in a pregnancy corset kind of thing to keep him from flipping back and then they induced me since I was already essentially full term.

They flipped my baby at 37 weeks! She remained in the position until she was born at 41 weeks.

Is it your first? The chances of baby flipping in it’s own or doctors doing it is slimmer if it’s your first baby. 
My 2nd baby was breech at 34 weeks and we did another ultrasound at 37 and she had flipped on her own.  
My sister 3rd baby flipped back and forth, at 38w they scheduled her to try to flip baby, ultrasound showed baby flipped head down on that day, went into labor at 39+ weeks they did at ultrasound to check if baby was head down and baby was breech again, they prepped for a c section and when they check again baby was head down! So much can change, if it’s not your first I would let the doctors try to flip baby
Also look into spinning babies and other natural ways to flip

My baby was breech the entire pregnancy. I had already had a scheduled c section due to other reasons. I did try some things to get her to flip on her own but she never did. I had a c section at 40 weeks (my choice to go to due date.) EVCs can be extremely dangerous, I actually thought my scheduled c section was a great experience. The only thing they have to do is an ultrasound of her hips in a few weeks to rule out his dyspepsia.

My first was breech, 28 weeks onwards. Tried spinning babies and chiro, neither worked. Did not do ECV, but I was given the ok to try to deliver vaginally. I was induced at 38w due to high BP; next day got to 6 cm and baby’s HR was all over the place so ended up with an emergency section. I had other complications though which I think is why he couldn’t turn. It’s definitely worth exploring all options and they can always turn on their own!! Depends how far along you are.

I do not, but my best friend did. At 36 weeks they found out her baby was in breech. She did go to get the baby turned but was told that the success rate for first time moms is kinda low, and basically when all the stars align it’s about a 50% success rate. However when she went in her amniotic fluid was low so they immediately sent her for an emergency c section that day. 
Her baby was born 7lb, perfectly healthy, and with no hip dysplasia which they were concerned with as she was basically folded in half
