Is this a Karen thing to do?

First off anyone can speak any language they want. I don't care. I do care when my child is feeling hurt. My daughter was upset because these boys were at the basketball ball court and speaking Spanish and she didn't know if they were talking about her. She has bad anxiety and thinks everyone is talking about her. So I thought about asking the parents if her boys see my daughter to speak English to ease her worries.
