Best Handsfree Breast Pump?

I am expecting baby #2 in September. With my first I used a spectra. I didn’t have great output, about average I guess, largely because my daughter nursed frequently and I rarely needed to use it. I would get 3-4 oz combined if I pumped every 3-4 hours while not with baby. My work situation will be different this time. I’m working from home for 6-10 hours most days. In order to make my hours work I have to work with no real breaks. I get 8-10 minutes every hour and during that time I will nurse the baby. So my time for needing to pump will be after nursing to provide baby with what he won’t be able to receive in just a few minutes. I will be on video call and I need a handsfree, quiet option that will actually give me some output and not cause a decrease in supply. So I’m looking for the best of it all 😄 I need something quiet, something concealable, and something that will work well at emptying the breast.
